Thank you for supporting my art — it means everything. Below are a few simple guidelines to help you feel confident and informed as you collect or commission work from my studio.

Shipping & Processing
- All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from O‘ahu, Hawai‘i.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
- Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, and the type of item ordered.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- Local pickup is available on O‘ahu — please select that option at checkout or reach out to arrange.

Originals
- All original paintings are signed and include a certificate of authenticity.
- Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original work, all sales of originals are final.
- If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Prints
- Refunds or exchanges on prints are available only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Contact me within 5 days of delivery if there’s an issue — I’ll make it right.

Commissions
- I offer a limited number of custom commissions per season.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to begin the process.
- Turnaround time will be discussed and agreed upon before starting.
- Once the final piece is approved and delivered, all commission sales are final.

Payments & Taxes
- I accept secure payment through major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay (depending on platform).
- Hawai‘i residents may be charged sales tax at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
- I do not offer general returns or exchanges for original artwork or commissions.
- If your order is damaged in transit, please reach out within 5 days of receiving it with photos.
- I want you to feel good about what you receive — if anything feels off, please get in touch and we’ll work together to find a solution.
